About Ahaki Institute's Merit Scholarships

Ahaki offers limited competitive scholarships for its bachelor's and postgraduate
programmes. The scholarship covers tuition support for exceptional candidates who
cannot fully fund their studies at the Institute. Applicants must demonstrate strong
academic credentials and a deep-rooted passion for SRHR. We support intellectually
gifted students who are driven to make a real difference in their communities.

Eligibility Criteria

Africans from low-and middle-income countries with demonstrated interest in
human rights, public health, law, gender and development studies and other
related fields.
Letter of admission to any of the programmes mentioned above from Ahaki Institute.
Excellent academic credentials (Minimum of 2 principal passes or its

equivalent – for the bachelor’s programme and a minimum of a second class
lower for the postgraduate diploma).

Scholarship Value

Partial scholarships- tuition only.
